Position: Portrait Photographer
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Compensation: $18
Description:
Ultimate Exposures, Inc. is seeking part time studio portrait photographers to join our rapidly growing company. Our portrait photographers shoot college yearbooks, cap and gown photos, school composites and elementary school day pictures. Photographers must be able to work within a defined and established system in order to handle this type of volume. Complete familiarity with Dynalite Strobes, Canon cameras, and studio lighting is a must. The hours are primarily during the week however, availability to work nights and weekends is a plus. We are looking for reliable, friendly and professional people who want to work and grow with our company.
Equipment and comprehensive training is provided. Reliable transportation in a vehicle that is large enough to transport studio lighting and light stands is required.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Compensation: $11.00/hr
Description:
Ultimate Exposures photographs over 800 events annually and has a customer base of over 200,000. This position will operate under the general supervision of the Human Resources Manager within a set of policies and procedures. The customer service team fields all incoming phone calls, provides answers to common questions, directs calls to the appropriate parties, oversees incoming mail, processes incoming photo orders, responds to email inquiries, processes credit card payments, investigates service and/or product failures and corrects them. Desired Qualifications:
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a team
- Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Must be fluent in English, and Spanish is a desirable bonus
- Applicant must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends during our peak seasons.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under general supervision
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated professional phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with multi-tasking a must

This is seasonal work for the months of February through June and late August through December. Basic familiarity with a digital camera and reliable transportation are required. Comprehensive training is provided.
Position: On-Site Event Assistant
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Compensation: $10.00/hr
Description:
Ultimate Exposures, Inc. is seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable people to work on site greeting, assisting, and selling our various products to customers at youth sports picture days. You must be available to work most weekends and enjoy working with children. This is seasonal work for the months of February through June and late August through December. Locations will vary around the Los Angeles area so you must have your own transportation. We will also have work opportunities out of town where company transportation will be provided. Saturday and Sunday hours. Comprehensive training is provided.
Position: Operations Department Administrative Assistant
Location: Van Nuys, CA
Compensation: $10.00/hr
Description:
Job Duties
- Order prints using our proprietary ordering system.
- Editing images on the computer. (Photoshop Not Required)
- Process payments.
- Provide customer service support.
